FLOW

letting the times course with you

hi angels, happy sunday. my first wish today is to catch you at a soft time this lovely morning; my second wish is that i hope this last week has been good to you. all of us here know that we are worthy of good things, and that we are aligned with the universe in the truest of ways. this last week i found the concept and word ‘flow’ coming in and out of my mind. last week i touched on distance and when we should implicate it or reduce it; in an effort for good change and to take care of ourselves. flow is a direct parallel to this, as when once applies distance and/or change, the flow of life is also affected.

think about it, when you choose to become closer to someone or something, you feel your movements quicken usually; when you choose to apply more distance, typically your movements reduce in speed and the pace steadies. flow also adjusts to those consequences. this week i continued to experience so much newness and energies that i found myself adjusting my pace to maintain my balance and sense of self. within experiencing this in a way where my anxiety was not taking over or manically peaking, the below pieces were crafted. i hope you find some inspiration in these to help your flow this next week and beyond.

watching the leaves fall slowly

as the birds gossip in the trees

seeing winter turn into spring

almost makes me want to ring

your line and tell you that i am alright

sipping on my morning cup

strongly dosed so i can sync up

with the world, without you

need to protect myself for insurance

in case you lose the plot and abuse it

the love and time i share

show you how much i care

i will be damned if i waste more of me

when you only want a piece of me

but will not accept all of me

of myself, under the sunshine

making my dreams come alive

with the fire of the sun

watered from the ocean i contain

based on the lessons and lemons life gave

to me since i was a pliant child

turning my demons from their disguise

inside out, and welcome in my light

memory lane

some may recognize this outfit or background from a previous instagram post or two, but in light of our theme i could not help but turn back to this day. after a few weeks of really working hard to get myself back on track with my sense of normal routine, i had stopped for two days in a beautiful spot on the california coast and realized that what i needed to achieve was alignment. with that, come embracing the flow of life which the universe deems you ready for (given your current circumstances and experiences of the present moment). this trip, as brief as it was, helped me slow down and listen to myself; not only that, but to be where my feet are planted in real time. may the day you live in and dreams you chase become aligned with the energy you exude out into the world. all good things come when the cosmos align, there is no such thing as the perfect time.
